About JV Luxury Travels

Jamilah Vargas is the founder and Travel Advisor behind JV Luxury Travels, she is based in Phoenix, Arizona and originally from Brooklyn, New York. Jamilah turned her love of travel, research and planning into a business focused on helping clients create memorable vacations without having to navigate the entire planning process on their own. 

She created a travel business where clients could have someone they trust help them navigate the trip planning process from beginning to end. She enjoys learning what clients are looking for, researching their options and putting the pieces together so they can focus more on looking forward to their trip and less on figuring everything out themselves. Overtime what started as a love for travel and planning has grown into something she wants to build into a trusted, professional travel brand.

Jamilah takes a personal approach to travel planning. Rather than offering the same vacation to every client, she takes the time to understand each client's travel needs, preferences, budget and vision for their trip. From family vacations and couples' getaways to birthdays, honeymoons and group travel her goal is to make the planning process easier while helping clients feel confident and excited about their travel experience.

As JV Luxury Travels continues to grow, Jamilah's focus remains on personalized service, strong client relationships and creating a travel business clients can return to for years to come. One of her strengths is understanding that a successful vacation is not simply about finding a hotel and/or a flight. Jamilah pays attention to the entire experience: Location, transportation, activities, timing, convenience, budget and how different pieces of a trip work together. She also understands how overwhelming travel research can become. She enjoys doing the research, comparing options and working through details that many travelers either do not have time or desire to manage themselves. 

JV Luxury Travels approach combines organization with a personal understanding of what clients actually want from their vacation. JV Luxury Travels is a founder-led business, Jamilah works directly with clients throughout the travel planning process and works with established travel suppliers and partners to coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities and other travel arrangements.
